Hola (((Familia)))!

This, is a post about the 13th nov appearance of Victor Calderone at ((())), than it’s mainly adress to party people.

Well! What a joy to see you again!

It was a fantastic experience to meet people and friends on the dance floor where we used to meet them for years … Finally!

A look, a smile, a few dance step, so long awaited …, to share the space again … Wow! Yum!

Isn’t it reassuring to find yourself in a familiar area, with people who recognize you and make you laugh, vibrate, and live !? Did you not reconnect with yourself trought others?

Subconsciously we know how to recognize the movements and the shapes through the crowd, in the dark and through the flashes of light, we recognize the unique fashion styles of old friends, the friendly smiles, the love and the gratitude for being there … and dancing !

Of course, there are a lot of new faces, new energies, different social behaviors, and yes you can see unsuitable situations. So isn’t this a great opportunity to share YOUR sacred Stereo with newcomers in order to make them aware ?

But be Chiiiill! And good player! Not everyone has had the chance to be properly educated beforehand, and as good manners are acquired through stereotypical contacts…

Be that contact! Manifest yourself, resonate and vibrate in tune with the situation to invest in love, always.

Be the SOUL of the moment and spread it for 5 minutes or forever to the people to whom you deem it necessary… The SOUL is what unites you to all of this…

With love, explain in a friendly way the importance of certain things to respect, or simply to know. Like, for example, kindly informing them to retire to the side of the floor when texting about their life… 😉 You know what i means about the “No Cell Phone on the Dance Floor”… But seriously, i have no complain to do about saturday, it was really respectfull, but exceptions…

Thank you Victor Calderone for your night, welcome back to Montreal, it was great to explode on your music again. You are really the one who can CALDERONIZED the SOUL like no others. You will always be ZE cook to mix-up our inside and make the clean up like no-one else. Merci !

Also, I would like to take a few moments to shine a little light on the people in the shadows who also contribute greatly to the success of the evening, but without us ever seeing them, I named the lighting designers !

You stereopeoples, have you ever thought about the fact that there are passionate and highly technical people who literally spend their nights operating the very complex “lighting system” of the club? Yes yes, all night playing with nods…

Lighting designers Daniel Brazeau and Luc LHeureux are more than technicians, they are artists of the moment, creators of an ephemeral atmosphere which does not exist, and will no longer exist in 2 seconds.

Since reopening, I’ve had the pleasure of attending two evenings with Luc at the controls, and I still remain fascinated by the full range of ambiances he can create with his fingertips.

With this visual artist like no other, it makes me see things like this: If the DJ “owns” the musical experience of the dancer, and controls his movement by default, the lighting engineer is the master of the VOLUMES and perceptions in the room.

With its razor-precise lasers and light cannons, it is the one that fills the room, highlights the musical effects by varying the games, the intensities, it occupies the visual space and actively stimulates our senses by making people dance the light, but we hardly notice it because it is so integrated into the moment.

If I spoke directly to you Luc, I would tell you that I love your play of light, your sequences, your choice of colors and the very precise moments where you use them to highlight the music, and create the atmospheres that dramatically emphasizes the moment.

You allow escape into the dark and that can’t be found anywhere else. Priceless. I fell in love with the lighting on Saturday, and I think it was worth highlighting it and saluting the work of these people who we too rarely thank, although it is also part of the overall Stereorganique experience.

So thank you to the staff for the excellent welcome support as always, to the team of cleaners for a good constant job, to the IN&OUT locker room team (love u guys) very efficient and in order, thank you for that.

Thank you STEREO MONTREAL and Stereo Society for allowing this community to come forward, to meet again, and to reconnect with the benefits of what I affectionately call the “stherapeutic” effect …

Global experience : haaaaaaaaaaawwwesome… 🙂

Your friend, Costa
