"Kindness is not a weakness: it's a conscious choice that stabilizes the collective space."

What is this mantra for?

Why apply it

  • The collective energy of the night
  • For you: your own experience of connection and joy
  • For others: the atmosphere you create together

When to apply it

  • When you feel a heaviness or tension in the air
  • When you see someone isolated or starting to close off
  • Before stepping onto the floor — one intention is enough

How to apply it

  • Show up with a conscious and open intention
  • Offer a kind look, a sincere smile
  • Choose to be a source of light rather than a source of distraction

What is a S.O.U.L. mantra?

A S.O.U.L. mantra is a short, memorable and positive phrase that recalls an essential behaviour for living the night together. These are not rules — they are shared reflexes, born from the floor.

What this means in practice

  • Arrive with a conscious and open intention
  • Be aware of the emotional impact you project around you
  • Speak with respect, avoid judgement and humiliation
  • Welcome differences without trying to correct them
  • Foster a human, open and safe climate

Why it matters

The vibe is not abstract: it is the sum of what each person brings. When darkness spreads, the party closes in. When light and kindness flow, the space rises.

You have the power to transform the energy of a room — in either direction. Choose consciously.

The context

Your presence is an act. What you project — your energy, your words, your gaze — builds or degrades the collective climate. Kindness and light are not passive states: they are active, constant and visible choices.

Being kind means consciously choosing not to harm, to welcome without judging, to shine without crushing. It means contributing to a space where everyone can exist fully, without having to defend or close themselves off.
